How it works:
Clients are responsible for the full session fee at the time of each session.
If you have out-of-network benefits, it is likely that you must meet your deductible first. This is simply the yearly amount you need to pay out of pocket before your insurance begins reimbursing you.
After your deductible is paid, your insurance will reimburse you directly for a portion of each session. You may be reimbursed up to 80% of the session cost but the exact reimbursement amount depends on the details of your specific plan.
Reimbursement processing times vary by insurance provider and can take anywhere from 1 week to 3 months. Please note that it can take longer in unique cases.
